We are able to do Pickling, Pickling with Oil and Pickling with Dry-lube steel up to 72 inches wide and with gauges from .06 to .500 inches thick

Equipment
Xcel Steel operates seven slitting lines and one high capacity pickling line at our two sprawling locations in Metro-Detroit.

Slitting
Our seven slitting lines have a wide array of slitting capabilities and capacities. We operate pull-through, tension stand and looping pit slitters that can accomodate 48"-72" wide steel with guages that ranges from .03"-.500".

Processing
Our facility incorporates a 250,000 sq.-ft. processing line, 125,000 sq.-ft. indoor storage, two drive-thru bays with hilo side-load and black iron overhead cranes allow for easy loading/unloading.
